Digital Voice RecordersYou can dictate on any digital voice recorder of your choice. The recording process is very similar to that of analog cassettes. Once the dictation is recorded, you transfer the files to your computer using software that arrives with the recorder. Then, simply log into our website and we will pick the files up automatically using a one-button auto upload feature. |

Toll-Free Dial In DictationWe will give your practice your own ID and password for dictation. You will have the ability to rewind, forward and pause while dictating. Any file can be marked urgent at any point of time during or after the dictation. The system allows you to dictate from any type of phone, be it LAN line, VOIP, cordless or cellular phone. In addition, we offer a fully customized dial pad as per individual dictator settings. We guarantee that you will never encounter busy signals. The toll free numbers are fully redundant and fail-safe. |

Medsoft EMR - Document ManagementJust as easy. Simply log into our secure website and download them from your account on to you our desktop or network. Electronic storage of all documents in one place means no lost documents. You will also be able to access documents electronically from multiple locations thereby reducing or even ELIMINIATING time for transferring documents to other locations. |
